Hotel manager was nice / friendly.
The air conditioning was loud.

We had 3 rooms reserved for a family of 9 people. The staff at the front office was nice and friendly. When we got to the room, the first thing that we noticed was how damp them room felt / smelled so we turned on the air and noted to be loud and irritating. I called the other people in the party to find that their air conditioning was loud and kicked every once in a while. Did not want to bring this up because if 3 room with the same problem, it was not likely going to be fixed over night, besides, we were only there for one night anyway. The restaurant they recommended down in the hotel were full of smokers and not many variety of food to choose from so we ended up going to IHOP across the street. The room did look attractive, clean-looking and the beds were comfortable though. read more

Fantastic location, wonderful beds, extremely accommodating staff!
One of the two elevators was out of service.

When we discovered that our room was right in the middle of a wedding party block, we were moved immediately and graciously. Our room was very nice and the Hilton beds are the best! Ours was a very brief overnight stay, but it couldn't have been nicer.

This hotel is top notch! Staff was always willing and eager to accommodate. Weekday newspaper delivered to door -Televisions in workout room, beautiful lobby and rooms. I'd certainly stay again!

Very comfortable, clean rooms, very convenient metro location, great staff.
Not enough plug ins, air conditioner was noisy.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. We requested a fridge and microwave and they were provided with no problems. The welcome cookies and milk were a great touch.
