Beds, room space, staff, bathroom, the most awful place we have ever had to stay!

We were very excited to stay at the Hilton in Arlington. We arrived and met the staff and immediately were treated rude. Opening our door to our room, we stood in disbelief. A family of four was to stay in that tiny room? Two of the tiniest beds we have ever seen? Then the evening came, and was not able to sleep due to drunken people staying next door, screaming & yelling. We called front desk over 14 times, nothing was ever fixed. read more
