No coffee; dirty, old bathrooms; and was un-inviting.

The hotel lobby was fine then we got to our room and it was OK. The bathroom could use a major facelift. It was so worn looking it felt dirty. I took a shower first and it took more than 5 minute for the water to warm up - as I was finishing up! The next morning we were up at 5:30am and in the lobby at 6am looking for coffee but there was no coffee!

Front desk competency.

I am a frequent guest of this property and am many times disappointed at the management when it comes to simple request such as extending my stay. My business guests have requested using the Marriott property for management related mistakes at the Hilton.

Automatic doors did not work in the lobby

The manager on duty was of the highest class on customer sevice. The hotel was very clean and comfortable!
