Very impressive lobby.
Guest rooms unimpressive, ridiculous parking fees.

This hotel was satisfactory, though I expect better from a "four-star" establishment. I expect to be wowed, and I was not. The lobby is grand and impressive. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the overall finish and amenity selection in the guest room was lacking. This hotel charges absurd fees to self-park your car.

Very nice. Great room service. Loved the sushi!

Very nice hotel, about a block off of 6th street, so the nightlife is right there. 2 blocks off I-35 South, so it's very convenient.

Location, price through Priceline and comfortable.
The hotel front desk staff was rude and seemed inexperienced.

Overall a good hotel but management needs to have front desk properly trained and staff a concierge in the future. If these two things occurred, I could recommend it.

Extra Valet charges and a restaurant charge were added to our bill but they were removed when we noticed and informed the front desk.
