Nothing.
Nothing.
Terrible impression. The staff are rude and dismissive. Remarkably unhelpful and uncouth.

Looks modern.
Bed is very uncomfortable, makes squeaking noises. The wall is very thin, you can hear your neighbor's
TV and the cars/scooters on the street.
The bed needs to be changed. It is very uncomfortable, scagging and squeaky when you move. The wall is too thin, you can hear the neighbor's TV, it maybe they had it turn on high, but I can also hear cars and scooters on the street. The floor
I stayed on is 10th floor (highest is 11), so these noises shouldn't be there. The staff are very helpful the hotel has a very nice sheen with design. read more

Location.
This trip was to celebrate our anniversary asked for King size bed during our 3 night stay and Hotel could not accommodate at least one night of king.
Great location, Hotel is not a 5 star hotel as Priceline describes. Other websites have this Hotel as 4 star. Hotel falls under 3.5 - 4 star hotel. Food at restaurant very expensive and not very good. Not too many options of food. Hotel could now accommodate a King size bed during our 3 night stay during our anniversary. Not very pleased.

The restaurant served good food and we received fairly decent service from the front desk.
When we arrived, the staff was a bit terse. The facilities were fairly worn down.
This hotel was definitely not a 5-star hotel. The coffee served was instant coffee, the bed was very hard, the tiles in the bathroom had mold and were cracked, and the carpet was quite worn. It was fairly disappointing.

I
liked the location and that it was clean.
No free internet and basic room features, felt like a hospital.
This was a clean hotel that we stayed in. The service was not that great. The hotel room felt very sterile like I was in a hospital. Not very comfortable feeling. We stayed in Barcelona before and had free WiFi so was hoping this hotel offered that.

I thought the staff where very friendly and helpful.
The walls were so thin that I could hear the people in the next room coughing and getting their morning wake-up call.
I definitely would not consider this to be a 5 star hotel. The rooms were clean but not immaculate, the walls were paper thin which I feel was totally unacceptable and the dining room food wasn't worth the price. Also, when I checked in no one informed me that the breakfast was included which I felt they should have drawn that to my attention and when I found out 1 day prior to checking out, I asked if they could compensate me by a dinner in the dining room and they said they would but I could only get a sandwich not a meal. I guess it was better than nothing but for a 5 star? Also, I had to ask or it would not have been offered. read more

Modern, very clean and elegant.
Breakfast very expensive, catering to business travelers with expense accounts more so than vacationers.
Definitely a lovely hotel, however, more for business travelers than for vacationers. Located in the business district, hardly any good restaurants in the vicinity.

Close to Metro, helpful staff.
Internet is very expensive, not too many restaurants close by.
Very nice hotel, location close to Metro stations in financial district. Less crowded than touristy area, but convenient to get around. Room was more than adequate and staff was very helpful.

Big, clean room.
Windows wouldn't open. Also, no free coffee in the morning.
Functional, but nothing special. Convenient to a metro line, with a star bucks next door. Starbucks was handy, because hotel didn't include breakfast and coffee was impossible to come by otherwise.
