Great location, great staff, and 3.5 star hotel.
No valet or staff opening doors outside of the hotel.

Got in late at 10:30 pm. Had no trouble checking in at the hotel. Friendly staff. Reception was cleaned and neat. Asked some questions to concierge. Was knowledgeable but not overly friendly. Room size was OK. Clean but a bit dated. Ordered room service. Pricey but food was OK.

It was very new and the furniture and linens were nice.

The Hilton Boston Back Bay was an excellent hotel in an outstanding area of Boston. It was close to everything and was very new and modern. No complaints!

I liked the location.
The exterior and lobby.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although the lobby is small and spartan, and the exterior of the building is not attractive, I was not there to hang out at the hotel, so I didn't mind those things. It also has a nice pool and work out area.

Hotel parking is to expensive.

Nice room, comfy bed. Parking is too expensive. It is $7 cheaper across street at laz parking.

Luxurious furniture, beantown trolley stop.
Parking was $37/night.

Room was spacious, clean, beautifully appointed. Besides the king bed, there were a chaise and chair, and a writing table.
