Toilet/Shower seperate room from sink.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. Considering it's location in the heart of the Boston financial district, I was surprised by the large spacious room. Every inch of the hotel was immaculately clean. The service was attentive and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable! I came home so relaxed due to my two nights there in such a big comfy bed.

Location in Boston.
There was a nightclub outside of our window that was very loud at 2am.

We always had to wait at the elevator, they were slow, so that can get frustrating after a while. The room was clean, roomy and except for the street noise in the middle of the night we had a pleasant stay.

The valet smoked in my car, the concierge did not respond to our call 3 times

I'm very disappointed with this hotel. I was in Boston for a romantic evening away. We called concierge for a robe three times and they never came to our room, despite committing to bring the robe to us. The hotel does not have an alcohol license for service before 12P. We called for a celebratory champagne (mimosa) in the morning and could not get it until 12 noon. To top it off, upon departure, the valet smoked in my car! Although the manager tried to console me, it did not make up for the stench I have had to live with this week. read more
