Very nice hotel with a great staff. Great location. Nice fitness center. Only issue is the charge for things that you should get for free parking, internet, breakfast.

Never had a room as large as this one in a major city.
Need to research parking in advance - valet was expensive.

Greeted by hot apple cider and very friendly staff. Room was huge and immaculately clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Exterior of hotel was wrapped in blue tarp.

Exterior of hotel was wrapped in blue tarp. Only one elevator was working and it rattled and jumped with each floor. Hotel did not do turn down service in the evening.

Bathroom.

I very much enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly, service was great. The only problem was the bathroom, the hooks for the towels were loose and one fell off and the shower drain didn't work well.
