Every person at the hotel was willing to help, and was very attentive to detail!
The food in the hotel was expensive which was expected, but it was cold and not good.
We loved everything except the restaurant. We would stay there again.

Upscale hotel at a bargain price!
Can't really think of any thing I didn't like?
I've stayed there before and was looking forward to my stay there. Very nice hotel and well located for me and the meeting I attended. Will definitely stay there again. Nice hotel with good service.

The swimming pool was available, clean and the water was a perfect temperature for lap swimming.

Roll away bed had to be put between the two beds and was hard to walk around.
Was nice but the staff was not real friendly.

Free internet available in lobby.
Availability of food was poor. Both late at night and mid-day. Food quality at the one pub was not great.
For a 4 star hotel, I expect more. Nice room and shower, but bed was too soft. Food was hard to come by, even at 12:30 PM (!). Only food available was at the pub and this was very mediocre. Free internet available in the lobby which was a bonus.

This was the first time using Priceline and we were a hesitant but it was super! Will definitely do again.
Food in the restaurant was a bit pricy.
The hotel met our expectations and we were very pleased.

Staff was very friendly. My mother was very sick with the flu and we were able to get an early check in time.
Staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions for order in dining from outside sources and very helpful with T and water taxi directions.
