Extra charge for every amenity, expensive parking without enough spaces.

This was to be a luxury weekend that turned into a frustration as there was an extra charge for everything (parking, pool, fitness, internet, etc.) and the over-priced parking charge was matched by insufficient space in the parking deck. We had to spend 20-30 minutes trying to find a space for parking.

The inside of the room with the view of charlotte.
I did not like the parking nor did
I like the location of the room to others. The room was to close to the neighbor.

Honestly, I would not stay again.

The room was clean. Room service was excellent. The staff at the hotel were pleasant.
One of the telephone jacks in my room had a shortage. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean. The staff was pleasant. My room was very nice. I loved the furniture. The bed was very comfortable. I also loved the fact that you can control the temperature in the room. My stay was very comfortable. The room service was excellent.

Great decor, different, fun colors.
Door to room was scratched and marked not the best first impression. The room, however, was wonderful.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
