Nice room and facilities, but the additional charges were quite high - $43 for overnight parking in hotel ramp (not even valet); $21 for internet access (fortunately I had a 3G card).

Warm, large clean rooms, beautiful lobby area.

I was so surprised when my offered price was accepted by this outstanding hotel The Chicago Hilton and Towers is a magnificent property in a fantastic location across from Grant Park. And even though I did not have a lake front view room, the view of Sears Tower and the Chicago skyline was priceless. Priceline made it possible for me to make a last minute business trip into a very memorable stay. read more

The staff was helpful with regard to internet problems I experienced.
The extras were very expensive! Overnight parking was 43.00 per night!

Very nice. However, like hotels usually do when they give you the room with the poorest view, close to the elevators, etc. I wouldn't recommend the Pavilion restaurant because it was too expensive for what you got. Also, the overnight parking was outrageously priced!
