I
needed a room for three people at a good price and location. there was plenty of room and the kitchenette was very useful, plus nice bathroom.
The restaurants and room service was very expensive, there were better places for dining outside.

A nice hotel with plenty of parking space. A lovely theater next door that shows broadway shows. The rooms were clean and had enough space for three people. A large clean bathroom. Easy check in and check out. The hotel restaurants and room service was quite expensive and frankly not worth it with all the many restaurants outside.

Close to Oakbrook mall.
Breakfast was bad and old looking rooms.

After staying @ the Embassy Suites in Lombard Il. for the same price ! This place does not compare.

Very quiet, beds very comfortable and smoke free.
Heard some hwy traffic

I would definately stay at this hotel, or at a Hilton Suites again if they are all like the one in Oakbrook Terrace, and if I could get it for the same price. I loved the fact that they enforce a quiet policy and no smoking policy. I have to find out where they get those pillows. Staff was very helpful w/ directions to places, much better than MapQuest.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large rooms.
Restaurant was a bit pricey.

Rooms as described and at star level expected. Large rooms, updated bedrooms and bath. Nice sitting area with comfortable, modern furniture.

The two-room setup with separating door.
Internet service was an additional charge.

A great location right off of Roosevelt Road and next to Oak Brook Center. The hotel has a good setup with easy access to the elevators and lobby. Internet service is an addition $7.99 for 24 hours and the pool is small. We planned to use the indoor hot tub but didn't when we entered the pool room and felt the tremendous amount of heat and humidity. It was too stuffy. There is a nice gift shop and restaurant. Both places are pricey. The rooms are great, with a two-room suite with a full door to shut off the bedroom from the living room. This is great for a family with a napping toddler that has to stay in the room but doesn't have to be excruciatingly quiet. Overall, this was a great stay. read more

NOTHING
EVERYTHING

Being a customer of Priceline for some time now and have stayed at many many hotels I have never taken the time to write a review, until NOW. Although it was an error made by Priceline and booked the wrong date, once we got to the hotel and were ready to check in the hotel would not honor us the date change even after they checked the previous night was a "no show" asked us to call Priceline since it was booked through a third party. Once we did Maria (which did NOT want us to provide a last name) was rude impolite and simply disengaged. When we asked to speak to her supervisor, she said there weren't any that day. They originally offered us to extend our stay; after 30 minutes of going back and forth and keep saying there was nothing "Maria" could do, I said just extend it and "Maria" said oh that is no longer available. We were pretty much thrown out of the hotel and left out on the cold with nowhere to spend the night. We were forced to book another night in a diff hotel. I WILL NEVER stay at a Hilton hotel again. read more
