Anybody, staff was wise, that I asked a question of, was instantly helpful!
We got a smoking room, we think, but no ash trays.

The service by the staff was outstanding. Some riff-raff left a champagne bottle by the elevators and then it was gone within seconds. The staff at this hotel were the best!

The hotel is convenient and right off the interstate! Comfortable beds.
You have to pay $12.95 for wireless!

The trip was quite enjoyable and the hotel was very convenient for our day in Florence and a 10 minuted drive to downtown Cincinnati. Loved everything, but having to pay for wireless.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice, he repaired my luggage.
I had to wait for one shuttle to transport me to the airport, my stop was bypassed to drop off pilots for an airline.

They met our request for adjoining rooms - 1 king and 1 double.
Amenities cost extra - internet, breakfast, and the movies were expensive.

Beautiful place inside. Very comfortable rooms in every way. The heated indoor pool was a bit chilly and small. This hotel definitely caters to the business traveler, including the extra fees for internet and breakfast.

The room was very clean.
WI-FI cost 12.99 a day and the cable went out for hours.

I really enjoyed this hotel but for such a nice hotel it was a surprise that WI-FI wasn't free.
