I misplaced my coat at the bar and they kept it at the front desk for me. The staff were exceptional.
It was a college football weekend and the prices were unreasonably higher because of this.

This hotel was exceptional in every way. Except was overpriced even for a luxury hotel because it was a college home game weekend.

Location was great and the rooms was beautiful for the price.
Need faster turnover in getting rooms cleaned and ready for next guests.

Excellent location for any events in the College Station/Bryan area. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. Although, our room unfortunately wasn't available for check-in until the evening, the hotel staff was apologetic and tried to be as helpful as possible.
