Impressive entry way.
Predatory fees $11 internet outgoing phone calls, $1 / minutes poor quality furnishings.

I would never stay here again. Staff was not accommodating, frumpy old and cheap looking furnishings. No laundry available. The clerk rather said we send all out to be dry cleaned. Only access is through the main foyer so if parked around back you have to hike around to the front.

The wait staff in the restaurant were EXCELLENT!
The carpet in the room was dirty and the couch looked as if it was old and dirty.

This hotel had plenty of well-lit parking space (a difficult thing to find in the area) and the hotel restaurant was very good. The wait staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Maintenance crew was awesome!
Front desk staff made sure to finish their work chat before checking us in.

Close to the 580 freeway, this hotel represents a good value for someone who doesn't mind be a bit further from SF or Walnut Creek in order to save some dough!

What a deal we got on this hotel! All of our relatives in the area knew this hotel. They were impressed at the low price we paid for the high quality they knew we received.

Clean rooms, staff was really helpful!
Maid did not clean my coffee pot or replenish for next day.

I liked the hotel very much. It was close to the freeway and was only 6 miles from the wedding I was going to attend. Easy in after parking and easy out when I check out.
