Staff was excellent. Beds were very comfy!
Furniture, fixtures and tile were worn.

Great for business or a shopping trip. Hotel is being remodeled, so hopefully the bathrooms and furniture will be updated soon. The room price was good, but I spent an additional $100 on drinks, room service and parking. However, it was worth it not to have to go out in such a congested area of Dallas.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Room was smaller than expected.

Although I got the room at a great rate, we had to pay for parking in their garage which added to the cost. The room had two full size beds not queen which was a little close. The room was small and one bed was up against a wall.

Very nice hotel, within short distance of hot spots, parking is $12 a night.
