Great staff/location.

From the time that we were greeted on arrival to the time that we departed, we treated famously. We even received an upgrade because the hostess noticed my birthday had just passed. Rooms were spotless, classy and the beds were very comfortable. Throw in the fact that the Hilton is right in the heart of Dresden and it was just heaven.

Excellent location, right near the Frauenkirche, Zwingerhof, Gemaldegalerie, Grunes Gewolbes etc.
Air-conditioning does not work properly.Room was warm and humid.

The location is fabulous.
Wireless internet access is a bit over priced.

This hotel was in the shadow of the major sites in Dresden. Everything we wanted to see was easily within walking distance. Great shopping right outside our door.
