We had NO cold water in our shower, therefore we couldn't take a shower.

The hotel was nice as far as appearance goes. But, when you have a whole day of traveling on an airplane, you REALLY want a shower in the morning. Only having scalding
hot
water in the shower really didn't work for us. We were very disappointed that our cold water didn't work. We expected much more from a hotel of this quality.

Very noisy environment. Loud party that went until 12 midnight.

The hotel overall was nice. However a Saturday evening party in the main lobby area went until midnight and then listened to the hotel staff clean up for another hour. I felt that they should have let guest know what was going on - I would have stayed elsewhere.

Quality for the money spent.
Non-smoking room had previous smoker in it.

Overall this is a very nice hotel for the Fort Collins area. Close to CSU campus, close to all city offerings. Staff very helpful. Bar and food a bit pricey but good.
