Parking fees!!!

The overall hotel was great. The towels could have been softer, and the night staff at my check in was not pleasant. (I lugged a luggage rack, infant seat, and 8 year old to my room alone at midnight without so much as an offer to call a bellhop for assistance) the day staff was great. The parking fees are ridiculous. If you are paying for the room, parking should undoubtedly come with it. read more

Room was clean and quiet. Self adjusting beds were very comfortable.
No negatives.

Public area was very inviting. The 24 hour coffee/tea service with fresh baked cookies had a nice touch. The hotel offers a in house hot breakfast buffet which is very convenient. The shuttle system is very convenient and inexpensive. The hotel's free parking for guests is also a plus.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, location, transportation options..

Check in was smooth although they didn't have me in a king room as requested they made that adjustment immediately. The room was above average and the location and access to transportation to/from Disneyland was fine. Overall, I give it a grade A.

Nice, comfortable, good breakfast, nice pillows, nice view, family friendly, close to Disneyland by car less than 5 min, close to stores.
when I checked in, got the keys and the room was occupied by someone else, so they assigned me another room.

Like it in general, you will love your stay in this hotel, good price, family friendly, nice bedding, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Clean room and bathrooms.

Free internet, nice rooms, coffee and cookies in the lobby.
Had to pay $12/day for parking, not even covered parking.

Staff was friendly, room was nice and free internet was an added bonus. No shuttle to Disneyland, but you can pay and be picked up next door.

Clean, good design, good location, good landscape.

I would recommend the facility manager to replace caulking around the sink and bathtub more often to avoid more expensive maintenance later and to make the bathroom look cleaner.
