Once they got my problem corrected my stay was good.
The nighttime staff lacked knowledge and ruined one of two nights sleep.
The hotel is good, clean, and it was wonderful to find a hotel of this quality that also has fridge and microwave. For downtown accommodations that was great. They had a problem, however, when I needed assistance on my first night and their staff gave me inaccurate information regarding the curtains and caused me to miss a decent night's sleep. The problem was promptly corrected the next day, but it made for a long and tired day of meetings that could have been avoided. read more

Hilton's attention to detail and guest friendly amenities.
Nothing, I just don't give 10's.
Clean, well maintained and friendly to guests. Gracious accomedations with no pay as you go mentality.

Convenient location to the Georgia Dome.
Asked for help from the staff 2 times. Never got an answer.
The parking was $33.00 and was supposed to be part of the room.
