The staff was rude. When we checked in I asked for a room with 2 beds. They said "we can not change that with out a separate reservation". I know for a fact that was not how the room was reserved. The shower curtain in our room had soured and reeked so bad I nearly became ill trying to shower. The room was marked non smoking; but reeked of smoke. It was just a bad stay. read more

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, and club.
Didn't use spa, it was the smallest I have ever seen.

Very nice experience, would stay there again. Great value!

We liked the big clean room, big bed, and the flat screen TV.
The bathroom was fairly clean overall, but it did have a somewhat sour smell.

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was a good size and was clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The negative aspects were the slight sour smell in the bathroom and the fact that there was no free complimentary breakfast. (you have to pay for breakfast)

Nothing I didn't like.

We were in town for a football game in Fayetteville. Even though we stayed further away than I would have I was very pleased with all aspects of this hotel. It was close to the highway, food and even close to a Wal-Mart we needed some supplies from.

The front desk and breakfast staff were outstanding.
The maid did not remove or replace dirty classes, bed was half made, and the room not dusted!

Outstanding property and service, may want to supervise cleaning personnel closer.

Free internet in room and inexpensive breakfast on-site.
Desk clerks needed additional training.

Aside from a few quirks this was a good value for the money. Decent accommodations, free in-room internet, and one of the least pricey cook-to-order hotel breakfasts we have come across in our travels. Staff were friendly, although some could use additional training on check-in processes.
