Can't meet my room requirement.

I request a non-smoking room with two double bed, but they gave me a smoking room with a king bed. The smell is nasty, and they said they have no room to swap. I was traveling with my family, and I have to sleep on the floor for the night.

Charging for breakfast!

Overall very nice didn't appreciate a $10 charge for breakfast, for the same kind of breakfast some hotels provide at no charge also, $17 to rent a movie. I could go to a theater for that price.

Beds & pillows were extremely comfortable.
The power went out the morning of our departure. Not their fault.

Everything about the hotel was clean/new. Smelled good and quality was as expected.
