The bed was comfortable.
Customer service was lacking, pool only, no jacuzzi.

The hotel was OK. They supposedly had a restaurant, but it appeared to be just a buffet they set up, there was no separate area for a restaurant. In the morning we went down to pick up something in the little store.

The pool was beautiful.
The bed was a little lumpy.

Overall, it was a very nice stay and for the price we paid for it through Priceline, it was more than expected.

Location is not convenient for runners and walkers.

This is a great hotel for the price. Clean rooms, nice restaurant and bar, and a decent workout room. I didn't use the pool but it also looked nice. The location is very convenient to the interstate. The only negative for me was that there is no place to run near the hotel. There are no sidewalks near by and very few residential streets with low traffic to run on.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Waltham is right off Rt128, among numerous hotels geared to business travelers. Rooms were comfortable, clean and had neutrogenia products in the bathroom. Convenient to downtown Waltham, where there are numerous dining options.
