Hotel staff was exceptional!
The pool was very small.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and helped in every way that they could. Very good with our 8 month old daughter and gave advice on ways to get around town and good sites to see. The pool was very small and was LOADED with chlorine. It burnt your eyes. The hotel was very clean. They provided a pack and play for our daughter at no extra charge. The business center was also very nice. Free printing and free internet access. Would definitely return to this hotel. read more

The room was large, clean and well appointed.
Nothing.

The hotel was easy to find and centrally located. A parking garage is attached and easily accessible. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and well appointed - nice amenities. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

its the center of downtown and conveniently few feet from subway~!
the parking was expensive so find other parking!

i would stay there again for sure if parking was more reasonable! but of course its downtown..

Good location and friendly staff. The room was comfortable too.
The room was a little small. The connecting restaurant seemed overpriced.

Overall, I think priceline rated it well. It was perfect for my trip and budget.

Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, we were set up with connecting rooms which brought the family closer together for our vacation experience. The hotel staff was excellent and friendly to the point that even the maintenance man thanked us for staying with them.
