Bed and linens, cleanliness, and staff interactions.
Storage space in bathroom.

I would definitely visit this hotel again. The newly decorated room, the comfort of the bed, responsiveness of the staff, and the room cleanliness were real pluses. The bathroom is a little spartan and could use a magnifying mirror and better storage space.

Nicely appointed clean room with a nice view. Convenient.
Parking $44.00 per night.

Newly remodled. Room was well furnished. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. Located 3 blocks from Michigan Avenue Shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient, friendly and accommodating staff, very comfortable rooms.
The coffee in the room was unappealing. Parking seemed expensive but is probably comparable to all large city locations.

We liked the hotel. It was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It was evident that the staff had been well-trained in customer satisfaction. Everyone we met was sincerely friendly.
