It was right in the heart of the city and I was able to easily get to everywhere I wanted to go.
I had a great experience with no negatives.
It was a great experience and I feel that I got a good deal by booking this hotel on Priceline.

I wish it were closer to mag mile and parking was free.
The hotel was very nice, one of the best places I have stayed in downtown Chicago and I have stayed at quite a few. I will definitely go back!

Opening windows! Smoke friendly!
We were spraid with a chlorine mist in the hot tub when we turned the jets on.
Great hotel grest resteraunt. Cool pool excelent hours too.
A perfect place for a fun weekend in downtown Chicago, even better for a one nighter if you are
passing through for a show at the old congress theater like we did.

This hotel is very good located in Chicago. They provided no free water, no free breakfast, and no free parking space.

The location was great. Staff was excellent.
Nil.
The staff was very professional. Rooms were available when we arrived. The hotel was very clean. We did have a problem with the television working, but the staff came to pick it up and returned with another. This was an excellent pick.

Excellent hotel staff. From the counter staff, manager, to the bell boys, we received great service.
We were unable to find a luggage cart on the day of checkout making it very difficult to get all of our items downstairs.
The customer service definitely receives 4 stars. We were immediately greeted by a manager who offered suggestions for dinner, night clubs, etc. The outside bell men were also top notch. We did not use the valet parking and they still assisted us with loading up our bags. What most impressed me was that we had pulled our car out of the parking garage to load up our luggage and then we realized that there was no place to park to run and grab breakfast. The bell men kept our car for an extra 45 minutes so that we could run and eat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its location, service, and cleanliness. read more
