beds are incredibly comfortable, staff very friendly
hot tub was out of service

It was very quiet inside the room, which was nicely appointed. Wifi and parking are free. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The beds are definitely the best part - Sleep number with wool pads - warm and cozy, but not hot. Everything was very clean and nothing looked worn. Only disappointment was the hot tub being out of service - they said they were waiting for a part. Indoor heated pool was nice, with big towels at the pool area so you don't have to use the towels from your room. read more

The desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly.
No smoking rooms available.

Attractive setting, good location, easy to find. Breakfast was tasty. Pool was closed. TV remote wasn't fully functional. Room was satisfactory. Beds were comfortable.

Easy access and felt extremely safe.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and informative. The accomodations were excellent. We were also near the interstate so that we could get to various tourist spots quickly.

Bend over backwards for guests.
Not enough help for the restaurant portion.

The Mnanager and her staff were exceptional to me and my family and made us feel welcomed and were there to assist us as much as they could in any hickups we had on our trip. I would go back and I was so impressed with the customer service as well.

People were not very friendly and no free breakfast. If I would have been a business traveler I would probably have given hotel a higher rating.

Shower did not work.

For the most part, the facilities were nice. The shower did not work, which really took away from our experience.
