Staff, cleanliness, and location.

We liked this hotel better than some of the 4 star hotels we have used. Every area of the hotel was exceptionally clean and the entire staff we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The location and access was convenient. We will stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

The amazingly location, across the street from the Convention Center.
The cost of parking.

Friendly staff, especially the valet attendants. The hotel was exceptionally quiet and clean, and was hands down, the most conveniently located that I have ever stayed at. Directly across the street from the Convention Center, surrounded by excellent restaurants, attractions and shopping. Easy to access from the highway. Be prepared to pay $26/night for parking using their valet service. This would normally be an annoyance, but it was extremely convenient and I had no regrets paying for it instead of trying to find parking. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. read more

It was very clean.
The location was poor.

The hotel was clean and very good, but the location was very far from any sights. Although the hotel is only a block from the conference center which makes it a key hotel for business travelers.

The staff at this hotel is about the best we have ever encountered.
The resturant was closed early for cleaning.

This hotel has a great staff, good location for downtown activities and is a clean and comfortable to stay.
