Very quite to stay.
Not easy to find parking spot because parking lots are shared with theater.
Generally, it was good to stay with family. Calm and easy to access downtown area.

It is really close to Northwestern University where our daughter attends.
Very noisy air conditioning, small beds.
The main reason we like this hotel is the location. The shower was great (powerful), and it is nice to have a fridge.

Motel was clean.
Everything was extra - parking, breakfast, etc.
The motel was very clean, newer decorations, and staff was helpful. If it were not for all the extras such as $14 parking, $12 breakfast, I would highly recommend it, but because of this the value is only average.

Extremely comfortable beds - would like to know what kind of mattresses they use.
Air conditioning is loud and irritating. We did not know of the cost of parking.
If we return to Evanston, we'll probably go back to this hotel even with bad air conditioning and parking cost. We did not find good restaurants in the area.

The bed was really comfortable.
The markup on beer and wine was ridiculous.
This hotel was fair for the price. Nothing better or worse than expected. The mini-mart that was open 24 hours, was actually a closet that was converted into a cooler. The view, was of a parking lot, you couldn't get the room dark because the shades didn't close all the way. If you use a Visa debit for your deposit card, you don't get refunded for 3 days which I thought was pretty inconvenient. read more
