We have a toddler and an infant, both got sick, staff treated us poorly and was rude.
the hotel was beautiful, however, we have an infant and a toddler, this was our family vacation, and both kids came down with a horrible stomache virus, it was so bad we almost had to take them to the hospital, and probaly should have looking back, but the staff was rude to us regarding our children, and the night before we were leaving after no sleep for 48 hours, the manager calls us up at 8pm, yes 8pm and said he was going to have to move us to another room. so not only did we have to pack up 2 sick kids, but all of our stuff twice within 16 hours of checkout. I will never stay at another hilton again for this reason alone, we usually stay at the Wyndam but we chose to use priceline for this trip, as we have done in the past without incident, and I know this isnt pricelines fault, and i will be contacting Hilton Corporate. I realize there are other people besides us staying there, but we were treated reallr poorly all around, and I must say, and I do not believe I am being presumptious in saying that because we got the room at a great rate, and because we chose to go through priceline and didnt pay full price I feel we we treated poorly and looked down upon. This hotel was the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax VA. If you have children, do not go there. we own our own business and travel alot, and we dont use priceline all the time, so we pay full price for accomodations all the time, especially if we have stayed somewhere and liked it, as mentioned before, we love the Wyndham, but one was not available where we needed to stay, anyway I made my point read more Kim from Chesapeake,VA May 19, 2009 Couple 9.0 The room had a microwave and refer in the room.

This hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very professional. The hotel is very clean and polished. The pool is small but was really fun for the kids. Strange location in back of an office park access road.
One of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a mid-range hotel like this. Everything met or exceeded expectations. It was a perfect stay until the last night when some guests next door decided to party until 1:00 am, but management put an end to that as soon as we complained.
