Clean, comfortable furniture and ease with Wi-Fi, large rooms.
The pillows were a little washed-out and lumpy, air conditioner was very noisy.

Hotel was all that was described. Easy check-in, easy Wi-Fi connection, Slept well. Air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Beds comfortable, food very good, room clean, staff friendly.
Wish you could have ordered a la carte breakfast instead of the buffet for $11.

This hotel was very convenient to the bike/hike system along the river. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Our bed was very comfortable. Rooms clean, and the staff very polite and helpful. Also, the hotel is located near the rail system and across from an outlet mall.

Proximity to biking trails.
Parking lot entrance was not well marked and awkwardly located.

Rooms were spacious, tub was huge. Pool/spa area was enjoyable. Staff was very nice.

This hotel was fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff with very nice rooms. Excellent accommodations.
I liked everything about this hotel.

The hotel was extremely nice with a very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast crew was very accommodating and the food was very good. Location of this hotel was very convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great shopping at the outlet stores across the street. Location,
Stale bagel for breakfast but in a hurry.

It was great - I would definitely stay there again. We were at a jazz festival at the high school which was less than a mile away. Had dinner in Old Town Folsom, it was fun. If it had been the summer, the outdoor pool would have been great. The beds were comfortable, my son loved the free internet. I highly recommend it.

The location and facilities were quite pleasing.
The customer service at check-in left a lot to be desired.

If you choose to stay at this hotel, do yourself a favor and plan to arrive during the daytime. The night staff at the check-in counter leaves a lot to be desired from a customer service standpoint. You can expect minimal eye contact and an overall short tone. Other than that the hotel was great. The location, amenities, and facilities were great.
