This hotel exceeded any expectations. It was a great stay. One of the best in my travels.
Not a single thing negative. That is saying a lot for me.

This hotel was as near perfect across the board as any hotel can get. The desk staff, the restaurant staff, the food served was incredible. I'm over fifty and I travel more than the average person. This is a first class facility on all fronts. I honestly can not find a single negative thing to say about my two night stay.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
No flat screen TV's.

Would stay at this hotel again. Really appreciated the shuttle that traveled anywhere within 5 mile radius.

Free access to Lifetime Fitness, Free internet.

Good hotel I will stay at again. Free internet. They have a bar in the lobby, but I never saw it open. They have a fitness room, but you can also go to the very nice Lifetime Fitness just down the street.

Great location, comfy bed.
No free breakfast.

I had no complaints about my stay. I'm a young guy traveling solo for work, there was a great restaurant/sports bar located in the parking lot. Mall was located right down street, friendly front desk staff.

Very close to mall and shopping, and a great free coffee in lobby.
A small lobby was the only place to escape to outside your room.

For the Hilton Garden Inn, there certainly was no garden. Since I was traveling with a friend, I wanted to get out of the room to study the next morning, but had nowhere to go besides a table in the lobby -- too loud of an area with the TV playing and adjacent breakfast buffet. I thought the hotel had a pool, but I didn't see it or signage referring to it. The adjustable setting for my bed was broken on one side of the bed, and it didn't seem to make a difference when adjusted on the other side. Linens were insufficient for my comfort. There was only a flat sheet and a comforter, which is way too hot for Texas summer. The AC never seemed to get cold enough, and it only ran when the temperature changed by about 4 degrees, which is too long of an interval. read more
