Clean, well lit, rooms are adequately large.
Service was not friendly, needs more shade in parking.

The hotel was a great deal for a business hotel. Location was a bit of a struggle since it was located in a brand new area of Houston. Receptionist was efficient in giving us directions to the hotel immediately and new that we would not be able to find it with a GPS. Service was not as great and felt a bit dismissed. Pool was kept at a warm 90 degrees, too hot for Houston. Hotel is still a great place to stay, they just need to improve on service. read more

It was new and clean!! The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and very friendly!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I was impressed by every aspect of this facility... free wifi- nice pool(that my room overlooked!)- room service- restaurant- promp service upon request- helpful and friendly staff! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

It did not have the Disney channel for my child! Nickelodeon can be inappropriate!

No free breakfast. For guests they charged $11.00 per person. Pretty steep.

Nice, clean and comfortable feeling.

Overall my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was great. My kids enjoyed the room and how comfortable and clean it was. This was my first time using Priceline and I will definitely use it again.
