Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience.

Forgetful staff; dirty appliances in room; noisy air units in room.

I did not get a wake call as requested. I could not make coffee in the room due to dirty pot. Charged for breakfast. The air conditioning unit in the room rattled loudly. Poor night sleep.

Not friendly staff.

The hotel was nice however
I traveled with two older children and we got a king size bed. The staff would not work with us to get a room with twin beds or a cot. There needs to be a way to request twin beds.

Clean, friendly and accommodating!
Slow elevator.

This hotel is conveniently located in a good part of town with many close places to eat, drink and entertain oneself. The hotel is in good repair with cleanliness better than most. The staff was considerably friendly and helpful. In a day and age when customer service lacks on so many levels, it is refreshing to find it once again.

I am disabled, the accommodations were wonderful and the staff so helpful.
The shower had no lip on it, and water went all over the bathroom floor unless we built a dam with towels.

We came to Jacksonville for my elective surgery. We needed to stay in town for a week before my surgeon would let me travel. This was a beautiful hotel, the accommodations were excellent and we loved the furry mattress cover. Very comfortable. Great value.

Exercise room needs an upgrade badly.

The location was very good to the areas we wanted to see in JAX. Staff is very friendly. The exercise room is out of date, both treadmill and bike need upgrade badly. In my second day one of the treadmills was out of function. Rooms were clean. Liked the idea that they have guests laundry room. After a week of traveling, it was nice to do portion of the laundry there.
