This hotel had a nice lobby and comfortable beds. Staff was pleasant.

Well maintained hotel and friendly staff.
They provide packed Cookies at the front desk between 5 PM and 9 PM. They are nowhere near as good to what Doubletree provides to their guests.

Loved our stay! We felt comfortable and safe. Our first night was on the street side of the hotel, which was somewhat noisy. We requested a room on the pool side and spent the next three nights in peace and quiet.

Everything was great, just would recommend a free breakfast.

We showed up early and checked in around 12:15pm they had a room available. Large king size bed, very comfortable. Parking garage nice, but parking places small. The power on this side of town went out on Tuesday, do to a storm and the staff was very accomodating. They had some sandwiches and glow sticks for the guest. The power came back on around 7pm.

Bed was very comfortable.
No ramp for luggage, and the parking was far from bedroom.

Everything was very nice, they have coffee in the mornings, but the access to the front desk have stairs and no ramp to pull the luggage, same for the entrance of rooms.

The location of the hotel was great. We went to many places without using our car. The hotel is very peaceful and many friendly people.
There is really nothing to dislike about the hotel.

The hotel is people friendly. Love the safety and kindness of everyone.

The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was very elegant! The small refrigerator, microwave and iron were very useful.
I got a room assigned at the very far corner of the facility, near the service room.

I enjoyed very much the room. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very upscale. I disliked that I couldn't have the sliding doors open not only because of the noise from the Highway traffic, but also because of the construction the hotel had on the back. Also my room was near the service room and by 8:00 am the service was trying to start their day, and did some racket by talking and moving their carts. read more
