I love the beds here, so comfortable. Also the bathrooms are nice.
We wish the pool was outside. It's an indoor pool.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel now twice. We love it. As long as Priceline continues to offer these affordable prices this is a steal of a deal. It's a very clean, comfortable, and safe environment. The location is ideal and the staff is great. We love it. We visit Nuevo. Laredo about four times a year and we will always be back at this hotel.

Nice, soft king size beds, good shower, room with refrigerator and microwave.
Pool was dirty, small bathroom, unmotivated staff.

Nice size air condition room with microwave, refrigerator and cable TV. Clean room, free bottle water, beds were very comfortable and soft. Nice shower but small bathroom. Pool was dirty and staff looked unmotivated. Ask for toothpaste and did not have any. Other than that it was good for the price.

There was no hot water.

For the price of this hotel, I expected a lot more. There was no warm/hot water, the prices on menu at the restaurant were different than what they charged (dining in), there were bugs in the room and weird stains on the ceiling. On a lighter note, the bed was amazing and the amenities were plentiful. I would stay there again, but not for as much money.

The common areas were clean and spacious. Excellent staff.
As per most hotels in Mexico, the Jacuzzi was cold. The carpet in my room was old and stained.

I travel often all over Mexico. This staff was way above the normal service level. The hotel is nice and modern, excellent baths and comfortable rooms. What happened to the toiletries? Soap, shampoo and conditioner only. I left my toiletries bag at home by accident and would have loved to have had the other items I find standard in hotels. Lotion, shoe polisher, razor. The staff did bring me a nice quality disposable razor in less than 3 minutes. Stay here folks. If you get as frustrated with rude staff I do. You will be happy here. read more
