Hilton beds are always comfortable.

This is one of the rotten few hotels. Do not stay here if you might need more than one bed! They won't give you a 2 bed room even if it's sitting empty. I am 8 months pregnant and had to pay extra for a cot which needed 3 stacked blanket before I couldn't feel springs in my ribs.

The location is nice and safe.
They must put a staff that can guide you and recommend places to visit and friendlier.

Need to change staff at reception and put more experienced people.

Location, parking wasn't bad.
Loud construction going on that woke us up!

Hotel was nice. Staff not so much. Not happy about being put on the 5th floor when they knew construction was going on above us on the 6th floor. They didn't try to accommodate us or move us.

Fridge and microwave, hot tub, upscale, and a free internet.
Running trails difficult to find.

Upscale, clean, modern, with fridge and microwave. Even though conveniently located near I-5, you can't hear the highway noise from the room.

Nice rooms and great bed.
Internet problems, food was poor and front desk not friendly.

Nice hotel but needs some improvements in service and food.

Location.
Hotel did away with all movie rentals. We were looking forward to watching a recent release in our room with a nice bottle of wine. Not a 3 star experience.

The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
The plumping and the air condition are bit noisy.

Upon check-in the hotel staff was very unfriendly. They did not want to find us a cleaned room at 2:00
PM and they would not put us in a room with 2 beds.

Promt, friendly service at check-in and check-out
We arrived quite late & an employee was rude to us in the hallway, saying to be quiet as there are business people here.

The hotel is great for the star-rating and the price I paid on priceline. The service was great, with the exception of an incident the night we arrived. We drove from quite far away, so arrived very late at night. As we were arriving at our room, an employee was coming down the hall & was very rude, telling us in a condescending tone to be quiet as there are lots of business people staying here. I did not feel respected as a guest. My friend and I were speaking, but were not being loud & had just driven about 6 hours to arrive & get some sleep before a long day in a conference. Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly decent. read more
