Comfortable bed, spacious room.
Walls seemed thin - easily heard neighboring room, hairs on toilet seat.

The first room we were placed in was located directly across the hall from an extremely loud ice maker. We asked for a different room. No loud ice makers this time, but we could hear conversation/TV in the next room more clearly than we should for this level of hotel. On the plus side, bed was comfortable, lots of space in the room.

The work space facility. Printer capability, copies and 2 internet stations. Also used wireless in my room. Desk was very spacious and catered to business.
Would like to have gotten breakfast A la Carte; Muffin/bagel something small rather than buffet breakfast only. I went to McDonald's to buy a breakfast.

Very clean and well kept. Apparent that it catered to business travel. I felt very comfortable.

At the time of check-in I was concern about being so close to the airport, but there was no noise from the planes at all.

Friendly staff - comfortable mattress.
False advertising on services provided.

If you require more than a bed and bathroom in your hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The staff is very nice and overall it is not a bad looking place. Their idea of a restaurant is a handful of tables and chairs set up in a corner of the lobby and the bar is a rollaway desk.

Our room smelled like an ashtray and they couldn't give us another room.

It was very smelly, like sleeping in an ashtray. It was 8 pm and other rooms were still available for guests.

I liked the friendly staff and the restaurant was very good.
The location did not have much around it - very close to the airport.

Overall, the Hilton garden Inn was a great hotel with an extremely friendly staff. Even the server did not charge me for a full breakfast buffet when she saw I only had oatmeal. The restaurant for dinner was an excellent value and very good. The breakfast was over stated. It sounded more like a made to order breakfast than a buffet which was average at best.
