Good location, attractive grounds, clean hotel.
Some very minor maintenance issues (evidences of ceiling repair, gaps in caulk, etc.).

Rooms are clean and well-appointed. Was disappointed to have been initially placed in a smoking room on a floor that smelled like an ashcan from one end to the other, but the staff relocated us to a non-smoking room with no complaint. Located just off I-40; however, getting back to the interstate from the hotel requires backtracking and making a u-turn at a traffic light that does not have a turn arrow. This proved somewhat inconvenient when the traffic flow was heavy. read more

Awful public spaces.

The rooms were nice, comfortable and the location is convenient. However, the restaurant appeared to be little more than a snack bar, and the bar area was a total joke - a corner of a brightly lit lobby with a few bottles of liquor, no ambiance, no place to really sit and relax. This was a great disappointment.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel was clean, lobby was beautiful. Used parking option to save some money rather than the airport parking.

The front desk staff was very knowledgable and friendly.
The air conditioner buttons were broken.

Very conveniently located near the airport - sits off the highway, so it is relatively quiet - the front desk was wonderful -
recommended great places to eat late at night!

The bar was out of several items.

Overall, this place was immaculate. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the hotel staff was excellent.
