All staff exceeded our wishes: they were happy, positive, professional & obviously liked where they work. Such a pleasure to be at that Hilton!
Only thing amiss was the toilet seat had a loose bolt.

Reno Garden Hilton Inn was absolutely superb on every level. Location, attractiveness, cleanliness, competence & attitude of all staff members we encountered, food quality & price. Everything there made our trip absolutely fun & worry-free. Felt totally spoiled the entire time. Rooms tastefully appointed, very nice furnishings, flat screen TV, desk, bedding, bathroom was all top notch. Exceeded our expectations, to say the least! Cannot wait to return and are recommending it to everyone. read more

I stayed here during the Labor Day weekend, and the price was excellent, compared to other hotels in the area. I wanted a quieter hotel away from the casinos, and was very pleased. Don't be alarmed at the Hilton's seemingly out of the way location: ten minutes up the 395N will get you to downtown Reno and the casinos. The rooms were very clean and tasteful. The pool was a disappointment, though - very small. read more

The lobby was very nice and comfortable.
The buffet was pricey for what you got and the service was slow.

The hotel had been recently remodeled. The decor was very nice and the lobby was comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff was helpful. The location was great. It was nice to get away from all of the casinos and Starbucks is located across the street.
