Hotel restaurant was convenient and the food was good.
Pool was closed.

Hotel was exactly what we needed and the pricing was excellent through Priceline.

The staff was unprofessional. We checked in late evening and requested a late check out. Normal check out time was noon and would only honor 12:30.

The front desk and house keeping staff were horrible! The room was not that great. Very disapointed especially in staffs lack of hospitality. We checked in late evening and requested a late check out for the next morning. Normal check out time was noon and would only honor 12:30 in the afternoon as a late check out. I kid you not, they started calling us at 11:30am every 10 minutes reminding us that we had to be out no later than 12:30. At 12:15pm we received a knock on the door from house asking us to check out. Keep in mind most hotels give you until 2pm for a late check out and do not bother you in the mean time. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be sure to warn my friends and fellow co-workers. read more

After sleeping in a tent at Pismo Beach this hotel room felt like the presidential suite!
The breakfast that we had was not free like most hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. If we visit San Francisco again we will give this hotel another try.

Would like to go again, best short vacation I had for 6months - I really needed to go out of town and my stay at Garden H Inn was great.

Nothing, this hotel was wonderful.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a clean, beautifully appointed, and peaceful haven for weary travelers. The staff provides excellent customer service and looks for opportunities to be helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant but the food looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay near the San Francisco airport.
