When we first arrived we were greeted by the parking attendant. He was excellent. Then when we checked the front desk staff was great.
No complaints. Very satisfied.

The location was great. Walking distance to everything. The sightseeing trolley picked us up right at the door. Parking was underground and parked by a hotel attendant. We never had to use the car the whole time we were there. And we felt that the car was safe and needed no attendance. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel when I visit again. read more

Very attractive very friendly staff.
Poor in room service.

The hotel was comfortable but now star quality. Our towels were not exchanged. The coffee tray was not adequate(creamer,sugar)for even one cup each for two people. The restaurant was way over the top in price for substandard food. We were sent next door to Double Tree for lunch and waited nearly an hour for our food. Told that room service was brisk.

Location was great, everything was clean, within walking distance to lots of attractions.
Noisy, no extras, have to pay for everything.

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location. The rooms needed sound proofing as you could hear noise from the streets, elevator, other guests, etc. You also had to pay for everything. Parking I could understand, but not even a complimentary breakfast. Even the cheap hotels give you free breakfast.

The hotel was very nice but under construction.
I thought the breakfast was over price with poor service.

The hotel itself was very nice once you got away for the construction in the lobby. We had to wait a long time for them to find a valet to get our car keys back. I hated breakfast and the service.

Street noise.

Rooms very clean and spacious. The only compliant would be due to some street noise although because this trip was over St. Patrick's day the whole area was a little crazy. Free Internet always a plus. Parking although $25 a day for valet is actually worth it as you'll find parking is hard to find.

Beds where worn and uncomfortable.

Hotel has convenient access to restaurants and shops in the area. Concierge service staff was very helpful and helped to make recommendations to local dinning and attractions.

Having a Hilton hotel right next to 3 other hotels can be somewhat absurd.

The staff is friendly.
