The staff was very friendly.

We spent very little time at the hotel because of our very late arrival (2:30 am). So we were not able to explore the hotel. We had to get back to Sea/Tac Avis to get the rental car we were unable to get on our arrival.

The facility provided everything we wanted for a restful time after a cruise.
The shuttle schedule seemed somewhat erratic, with extraneous trips interfering with the announced airport run schedule.

The excellent facility was a good value, with a reasonable cost for a large room, business center and shuttle service.

The adjustable beds are most comfortable anywhere.
The cleaning staff waking us up early.

The comfort of the room was excellent.
I can't think of anything negative to say about the room. It was great!

Great value for such a nice room. I really enjoyed staying here and was quite impressed with the quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I really liked how it didn't smell like a hotel.
I didn't get my discount.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out we hadn't stayed at the hotel before. Our room was clean; the bed was comfortable, the pillows not hard, our towels smelled of fabric softener. The business center was a great help for us. I had forgotten to Map Quest a few places, and I was able to print them off in no time. All in all, we had a great time.
