For the type of hotel, we assumed that the continental breakfast was complimentary. It wasn't. We didn't find out until after we'd eaten, unpleasant.

Great indoor pool. Fairly central location to attractions. Great ventilation in the rooms. Friendly cleaning staff.
The man who checked us in at the front desk was dismissive, unhelpful, in a bad mood and not hospitable for a person in hospitality industry. Nasty.
