Business center was very accessible, the front desk staff was very helpful and the area around the hotel was great.
The printer in the business office asks for a password when printing and the staff did not know what password, or what the message meant.

The chlorine in the pool was a little much on the eyes, the hotel was great, it was clean, the staff was friendly.

comfortable lobby.
Rooms were minimal, bathroom. closet and door into room bang into each other.

This was my least favorite. It was just adequate - I would prefer not to stay there again. Microwave not usable - no glass tray in it - requested one - did not get it. Rooms have a grungy appearance, clean, but not deep down clean. I was disappointed with this hotel.

It was an excellent place to stay.
I did not use the pool because there was a large crowd of kids having a birthday party.

It would have been nice if breakfast had been included as Ana amenity.

The bed had the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
The rooms decor was a little drab.

While the rooms could definitely use an upgrade I would stay at this hotel again. The staff were very cordial and professional.

The experience was pleasant on all levels. The staff was courteous and the convenience of the pantry was nice.
The only thing that we didn't like was that anytime another room door was open and closed it made ours move.

Spacious room; quiet at night; friendly and helpful people at the main desk; cleanliness throughout the building; clean physical fitness room.

Very nice. Would go back without a question. Thinking about taking grandchildren there for a little vacation.
