Very comfortable beds, nice atmosphere.
Soccer teams staying-very noisy and inconsiderate.

Did not like paying 30.00 for parking on top of the room rate.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was not complimentary.

For the most part, it was a good stay. I was traveling with a friend and we only needed to stay the night and leave right away in the morning (8 am). About 2 am my friend went to the restroom and found a cockroach in it. The hotel offered to switch us to another room which we did and that room felt much cleaner and fresher. We didn't sleep much.

The manager was able to exchange our stinky room for one that worked for us.
When we (nonsmokers!) checked in at 6 pm, we were given a room on the smoking floor that reeked.Then they told us there were no other rooms available.

This hotel was a little tired around the edges but a nice space overall, once we got our room snafu cleared up.

Easy downtown access from freeway.
Surprise $16/day hotel parking charge, surprise $20/day for extra bed.

Would have been a much better stay had I known in advance there was an additional $16/day parking fee plus I phoned in a request for 2 double beds a week prior to my stay, but instead got 1 Queen bed... an extra bed cost me an additional $20/day.

Nice size rooms.
One of our two beds had dirt between the sheets.

Nice hotel our purpose was to have a space to stay while in St. Paul for a wedding at a different location.

I was charged for a meal in their restaurant that I didn't eat.
