Was trying to get a hotel downtown or near the stadium and this hotel was only available but was pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was.

We were going to a concert at the FL Fairgrounds & they had a free shuttle, we didn't have to pay to park.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet was great- everything from grits to fresh fruit to omelets made the way you like. My husband had both Belgian Waffles (his favorite) & an omelet. The rooms even had microwaves plus a fridge & coffee pot. The hotel looked brand new. We went with another couple & everyone enjoyed the stay.

I did not have anything bad to say as this was a good stay.

This was a very family friendy hotel, as well as a pet friendly hotel.

Best mattress, pillow and blankets I have ever slept on.
Restaurant closed on Saturday morning.

Excellent sleeping facilities. The bed, pillows, and blanket were heavenly. Without them the hotel itself is a 21/2 star.

Very friendly staff clean room.
Outside pool/hot tub.

The room was very clean. Would have asked to move from next to guest laundry if I had realized how much it was used. Several utensils and papers stayed in hotel hallway all 3 days we were there. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was very helpful with our questions/transportation.
The room was a little small, prefer a king bed.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was excellent. The location was good in relation to food and entertainment on the eastern part of Tampa. And there was only one community computer, which is okay if you travel with your own.

Same dirty ice bucket in hallway for two days.

Overall very clean; quiet; pool area has shaded spaces for those not into tanning; easy access from entire parking lot.
