Excellent location.
I booked non smoking room. They did not have one.

Very nice hotel, good staff, clean rooms. My wife and son have allergies and I booked non-smoking room, since they did not have a non smoking room we had no choice but to get regular smoking room. Both wife and son suffered. Hopefully next time they will not make this mistake.

Location, friendly staff, fridge and microwave in room, cookies at reception, convenience store in lobby and lovely restaurant.
Lobby was rather simple.

This hotel is conveniently located to American Girl Store, Broadway theaters, Hop-on and Hop-off tour buses, Times Square, Central Park -- great location! Very nice to have microwave and frig in room. Lovely restaurant attached to hotel. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.

Location, price and friendly staff.
We have kids and they gave us one bed, when I even called to request two beds. This made it very uncomfortable.

The hotel was, overall, fine. There were items under the bed and at the side of the bed from past guests that was never picked up. Not a big deal though. The location however was great. Our main concern was that we have kids and they only gave us one bed, even after I called and requested two beds. The kids ended up sleeping on the floor instead of a bed.

Very friendly, great price, very conveniently located.
The restaurant was not good at all. The service there was ok but did not hold a candle to the service in the hotel. Major disconnect between the two.

This hotel is very conveniently located and very clean. The price was wonderful considering the competition. For a 1st trip to NYC, we had a super experience. Only real complaints, our vehicle did not fit in the garage, which we did not know until we got there and the restaurant connected to the hotel was below average. Every other restaurant we visited was superb! The food in NYC was a wonderful experience, so the hotel restaurant probably bombed more than it should have, but it's hard to screw up breakfast and they did. read more

The concierge was not knowledgeable and lead us to paying more for things while getting less quality.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The only real problem was the unknowledgeable concierge. She led us to paying a lot more for things while getting less quality.

The location was close to everything, one block from Times Square.
Parking for the customers was hard to understand the attendant. I think a space should be reserved for confirmed guests.

The location was very good. A block from Broadway and Times Square. If someone has a reservation for the hotel, there should be a parking space reserved for the guest. I did not understand what the attendant said and gave the wrong info. I ended up someone where else and probably paid more that what I should have, if I had a parking space reserved for me and my family.
