Great friendly staff, quick to help and answer questions.
Slow elevator always caused a bottle neck; lobby nothing special.

This is by far a great hotel if you need a safe comfortable place to stay that while off the beaten path it is still very close to everything with some decent restaurants near by. Would not hesitate to recommend to friend from out of town who want an adventure in NYC. If you need luxury and elegant decor, skip this. If you don't plan on spending much time in the room but want a comfy bed at the end of the day with friendly staff, this is a great place.
