The location and price were a great combination.
Website indicated that Super Shuttle was best from airport. It took 2 hours.

We expected to spend a fortune on a hotel in lower Manhattan. We got a great deal on this hotel and it was so conveniently located that it helped us get to all of our destinations quickly and easily. The rooms were very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed including a flat screen TV, hair dryer, fridge, and microwave.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Granite Countertops. Plasma TV.
No maid service received. Front desk staff was very rude and unaccomodating.

The rooms are very clean and up-to-date with granite countertops, a plasma TV, and very comfortable bed with adjustable firmness. The hotel's front desk/management is very poor. They were very unaccommodating when we arrived before any rooms were available, or when we asked for toothpaste or when it came to providing maid service (no one ever came to clean our room or provide fresh towels), or when we asked for fresh towels in the morning because they didn't clean the room (took them 30 minutes to get us the towels). read more

A great place for a weekend stay and convenient to transportation. Modern touch of class. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary coffee in am in lobby, cookies in afternoon. Workout room and convenient business center.

Good air conditioning.
Room shook from trains below hotel.

It was clean and comfortable, but there was a rumbling throughout the entire room whenever a subway passed below the hotel.

The location was great for exploring Lower Manhattan.
The room was cramped.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic for hanging out in the Tribeca and Soho area. The only complaint was that the room was cramped and the staff talked on the intercom at midnight.
